Account & sign-in
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? (or go straight to the reset page), enter your email, and we'll send you a link to choose a new one. The link expires after a short time, so use it soon after it arrives. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you used the email you signed up with.
I signed up with Google
If you created your account with Continue with Google, sign in the same way — you don't have a separate password to reset. Manage that login from your Google account.
Changing your email or name
Update your name and study goals anytime under Settings. To change the email on your account, contact us at support@prepwithvantage.com.
Practice & tests
Skill practice vs. full-length tests
Skill practice sessions are short, focused sets that target one skill at a time and show you an explanation after each question. Full-length practice tests mirror the real ACT: timed sections, no answer feedback until you finish, and a scored result at the end.
Can I pause and come back later?
Yes. Your answers save as you go. If you leave a session or test, the timer pauses and your progress is waiting when you return — pick up right where you left off. For the most accurate score, we still recommend completing a full-length test in one sitting.
How are my scores calculated?
Section scores use the standard ACT 1–36 scale, and your composite is the average of your English, Math, and Reading scores. Your study plan and skill scores update automatically as you complete practice.
Billing & access
Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Full access is a one-time payment that unlocks everything for 12 months from the upgradepage in the app. It isn't a recurring subscription, so there's nothing to cancel and you won't be charged again. All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Questions about a payment? Email support@prepwithvantage.com and we'll help.
Found a problem with a question?
If a practice question, passage, or explanation looks wrong, use the Report a problemoption inside the app (in the sidebar and on the session screen). Tell us what you saw and we'll review it — these reports go straight to our team.
Emails & reminders
We send a weekly progress summary and occasional study reminders. If you added a parent or guardian email during setup, they receive a weekly summary too. You can review the details we collect and your choices in our Privacy Policy.
